John Francis Bongiovi, conocido por su nombre artístico Jon Bon Jovi, es un músico, actor, compositor y cantautor estadounidense nacido el 2 de marzo de 1962 en Perth Amboy (Nueva Jersey, Estados Unidos).

Breve Historia [editar]

John comenzó su carrera muy pronto, aunque destrozó su primera guitarra a los seis años. Su primo trabajaba en un estudio de grabación y ello le permitió un buen contacto con la música. Vio a los Aerosmith grabar uno de sus discos, y "Cry me a river" es la canción que dejó marcado a Jon, tras ver a Steven Tyler cantarla. Trabajó como camarero y en una zapatería, de la que fue despedido por ponerse a cantar en medio de la tienda.

En vivo en Dublin (2006).

Estuvo deambulando en muchos grupos. Fundó el grupo de hair metal Bon Jovi en 1983 junto a David Bryan. "Runaway", la canción que Jon escribió y compuso, se convirtió en número uno al poco de radiarse. Actualmente el grupo goza de unos niveles de popularidad masivos tras haber buscado un hueco en las radioformulas con canciones más comerciales

De orígenes italianos, es hijo de Carol Sharkey, una conejita de Playboy, y de Frank Bongiovi, un peluquero. Está casado con Dorothea Hurley, su novia de toda la vida. Es padre de cuatro niños: Stephanie Rose, Jesse James Louis, Jacob Hurley y Romeo Jon.

Ha participado en numerosas películas y ha intervenido en algunas series de televisión estadounidense, entre ellas la famosa serie Ally McBeal, donde tuvo un papel de importante relevancia (fontanero y novio de la protagonista) durante la quinta (y última) temporada.

Entre sus canciones mas famosas están: Living on a prayer, Bad Medicine, Lay your hands on me, You give love a bad name, Blaze of glory, Bed of roses, It's my life, Have a nice day y Lost Highways.

Brad estuvo comprometido a las actrices Juliette Lewis (1990-93) y Gwyneth Paltrow, (1996 a junio de 1997) y a la directora alemana Katja von Garnier (1997). Mantuvo relaciones con la modelo Jitka Pohlodek y las actrices Geena Davis y Robin Givens (ex de Mike Tyson).

Estuvo casado con la actriz Jennifer Aniston - desde el el 30 de julio del 2000 al año 2005-.

Explicó que dicha inquietud surgió luego de que ha observado que en México hay mucho talento, pero no hay oportunidades de trabajo, por lo que se busca apoyo en el extranjero, sobre todo en Estados Unidos; sin embargo, acotó, en ocasiones se topan con abusos o discriminación. Por ello, cree que se debe trabajar de manera ardua para dar cabida a los actores, directores y productores mexicanos. Sobre su participación en telenovelas, mencionó que en 2004 hubo propuestas pero al final no se concretaron. No obstante, espera que en este periodo se presente alguna y si no es así, resaltó que tampoco le preocupa. Sandra Annette Bullock was born on July 26, 1964 at 3:15 in the morning in Arlington, Virginia.

Jesse Gregory James was born in Lynwood, California in 1969. His great-great grandfather was a cousin of the outlaw Jesse James.

How They Met:

Sandra and Jesse met in Long Beach, California in December, 2003, on the set of Monster Garage when she took her 10-year-old godson on a tour of the set.

Wedding:

Arriving in a red monster truck, Sandra Bullock and Jesse James were married on July 16, 2005, in a sunset ceremony under a white circus-style tent at the Folded Hills Ranch in the town of Gaviota in the Santa Ynez valley wine country north of Santa Barbara, California.

The music that played as Sandra walked down the aisle was a taped aria of her late mother singing Bellini's "Casta Diva."

Sandra's white lace wedding dress and veil were designed by Angel Sanchez. Her wedding ring is vintage French from jeweler Neil Lane. The platinum ring has two large intertwining diamonds. Jesse's wedding ring was made out of stainless steel by Sandra.

In 1982, Sandra Bullock graduated from Washington-Lee High School in Arlington, Virginia. She studied acting at North Carolina's East Carolina University in Greenville. Leaving during the spring semester to go to New York City, she only needed three credits to graduate. ECU later gave her an honorary degree.

Jesse attended the University of California at Riverside, California where he was a linebacker until he was injured.

Katharine Hope McPhee (born March 25, 1984) is an American pop singer and actress who was the runner-up to Taylor Hicks on the fifth season of American Idol in 2006.

Born in Los Angeles, California, McPhee moved with her parents and sister to the Sherman Oaks neighborhood at age 12. McPhee has been singing since the age of two. Her mother, Patricia Burch McPhee^[1] (stage name Peisha Arten^[2]), a vocal coach and accomplished cabaret singer, recognized a talent for music in her daughter and decided to train her. Her father, Daniel McPhee, is a television producer and her older sister, Adriana Burch McPhee (born June 30, 1982) is an aspiring producer as well.

McPhee graduated in 2002 from the Notre Dame High School. At Notre Dame High School, McPhee was a swimmer and a thespian. She performed in school plays with her elder sister Adriana; both sisters were Homecoming Princess nominees in their senior year. Afterward, McPhee attended Boston Conservatory for three semesters, majoring in musical theater. McPhee left the college due to her manager's suggestion that she try out for television pilots in Los Angeles. In a People news article, it was reported that she was rejected in "only 195 out of 200 auditions."^[3] She was eventually cast as "Paramount Girl" in the 2006 musical film about the life of Hank Garland, Crazy^[4]. Other early acting endeavors included lead actress in local professional productions of Annie Get Your Gun and The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. She was nominated in 2005 for the Theatre L.A. Ovation Award for her lead role in Annie Get Your Gun. McPhee was also part of a failed mall-based MTV soap opera entitled You Are Here, playing the older sister of a more popular younger sister. In the soap opera, she was jealous of her popular younger sister.^[5]

McPhee was persuaded by boyfriend, Nick Cokas, and parents to try out for American Idol. She auditioned in San Francisco, and sang "God Bless the Child", originally performed by Billie Holiday. Paula Abdul said that McPhee was "absolutely beautiful", Randy Jackson hailed her audition as potentially the best so far that season, and Simon Cowell complimented her for being "current" and her audition being "absolutely fantastic".

McPhee listed Whitney Houston and Brian McKnight as her favorite artists^[6] in the American Idol interview of the top 24 semi-finalists.

During the competition, McPhee roomed with fellow contestant Kellie Pickler, and when Pickler was eliminated, she roomed with Paris Bennett.^[9]

On June 6, 2006, Sony BMG and 19 Entertainment announced that McPhee had signed to American Idol series creator Simon Fuller's 19 Recordings Limited and Sony BMG's RCA Records.^[10]

McPhee's debut single, "Somewhere Over the Rainbow/My Destiny" was released on June 27, 2006 by RCA Records. "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" peaked at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and "My Destiny" peaked at #60.^[11] Thirty-two weeks after its release, Somewhere Over the Rainbow/My Destiny had climbed to #4 on the Billboard Hot Singles Sales charts.^[12] It was 2nd highest best-selling single of 2006 after Taylor Hicks's "Do I Make You Proud?".

McPhee toured with Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, and performed in three of his concerts during his tour in the United States from June 9 through June 11, 2006.^[13]

Entre sus interpretaciones más destacadas se encuentran Anna Valerious (Van Helsing), Selene (Underworld), Evelyn (Pearl Harbor) y Donna (Click).

Comienzos [editar]

Kate Beckinsale nació en Londres, hija del actor de televisión Richard Beckinsale y la actriz de teatro y televisión Jody Loe.

Su padre falleció en 1979 a los 31 años de edad, cuando Beckinsale tenía sólo seis años. Tiene también una media-hermana mayor, Samantha Beckinsale, nacida del primer matrimonio de su padre, quien se desempeña también como actriz.

Beckinsale realizó sus estudios escolares en su Londres natal, en el colegio Godolphin and Latymer. Una vez terminados los mismos, comenzó a actuar, al igual que hicieron sus padres, y acometió su profesión de manera gradual.

En 1991 obtuvo su primer rol en el film televisivo One Against the Wind que trataba sobre la Segunda Guerra Mundial, y gracias al cual se dio a conocer en todo el país.

Heather Deen Locklear (born September 25, 1961 in Westwood, California) is an American actress, primarily on soap operas, movies and television, probably best known for her roles as William Shatner's sexy, young partner and Richard Herd's daughter, Officer Stacy Sheridan in the successful 1980s crime drama T.J. Hooker, as John Forsythe's and Linda Evans's no angelic, selfish niece, Sammy Jo Carrington on the popular 1980s soap, Dynasty (a role she played from 1981 to 1989), as another bad girl Amanda Woodward on the popular 1990s soap opera Melrose Place (a role she played from 1993 until the show ended in 1999), and as Caitlin Moore on Spin City (a role she played from 1999 until the show ended in 2002).

Heather is the daughter of Bill and Diane Locklear. Her father was the dean at the UCLA School of Engineering. She is the youngest of four children and a cousin of Donald Trump's second wife, Marla Maples. She is of Scottish and Lumbee descent. She dated Tom Cruise and Scott Baio. Later, Heather was married to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee from May 1986 to August 1993. After their divorce, she married Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora on December 17, 1994 in Paris. On October 4, 1997 she gave birth to their daughter, Ava Elizabeth. Locklear's representative announced on February 2, 2006 that divorce papers had been filed to dissolve the couple's marriage. In further papers filed by Sambora, it has been revealed that the couple has been separated since December 26, 2005, and that Sambora will be seeking joint custody of Ava. Lockear's divorce from Sambora was finalized on April 11, 2007.

While attending the University of California, Los Angeles, Heather Locklear began modeling and working in commercials for the school store. In 1979, Locklear landed her first TV role in a TV movie and then on an episode of CHiPs a year later. She landed a few more bit parts in shows, including Eight Is Enough, before Aaron Spelling cast her in the role of Sammy Jo Dean in his new TV series Dynasty. Locklear proved a popular addition to the cast in the show's second season, in the fall of 1981. Spelling immediately cast her opposite William Shatner in the cop show T.J. Hooker. The show's 1982 premiere significantly enhanced Locklear's Hollywood career. Throughout the 1980's, she continued to work on these two shows, plus numerous television specials and films.

In the 1990's (after a failed sitcom Going Places), Locklear played perhaps her best known part, the vixen Amanda Woodward on the series Melrose Place from 1993 to 1999. She was originally brought on as a guest star in an attempt to boost the ratings, and her billing in the credits reflected this. Despite eventually becoming a regular cast member, she continued to be listed as a "Special Guest Star" through the entire series. Locklear also won First Americans in the Arts: Best Actress in a TV series for her role on Melrose Place. After her run on the show, she was immediately on another TV sitcom, Spin City, opposite Michael J. Fox. She was similarly brought in as a successful ratings boost for this show.^{[citation needed]} She was also one of the candidates for the lead role as single mother Susan Mayer on the popular dramedy series, Desperate Housewives, but had lost the role to Teri Hatcher, hence, Locklear starred in the airport drama LAX, which ran from 2004 to 2005. Locklear also served for 6 years as the spokesperson for the Health and Tennis Corporation of America^{[citation needed]}.

En 1998 publica un nuevo trabajo, 'Ray of Light' y en el 2000 'Music', un disco lleno de sonidos electrónicos. Tras el nacimiento de su segundo hijo, a finales del 2001 publica 'GHV2', lo que configura su segundo recopilatorio, con 15 de sus mejores temas entre 1991 y 2001, entre lo que destaca 'Erotica', 'Secret', 'Ray Of Light' o 'Music'.
A finales del 2005 aparece un nuevo álbum de Madonna, titulado "Confessions on a dance floor", en el que la artista reinventa la música de baile. Career

Television

Stamos began his acting career with a role on the television show General Hospital as Blackie Parrish. Then General Hospital casting director Gary Price noted that Stamos did not read for any particular parts. Later he joined Full House as Adam Cochran, but he then changed the first name to Jesse before taping the premiere. During the second season he then changed his character's last name to Katsopolis to highlight his Greek heritage, of which Stamos is very proud. As a member of the fictional band Jesse and the Rippers he performed the Beach Boys song Forever.

After the eighth season of Full House, ABC decided to drop the show from their lineup. The ninth season was to be shown on the WB Network. Because of this, Stamos announced his departure from the show. Because his influence on the show was critical, the eighth season on ABC ended up being the last one. He has subsequently appeared in numerous made-for-television films, stage productions and commercials (including advertisements for the long-distance phone call carrier 10-10-987 in 2004).

He has also had starring roles in the television series Thieves in 2001, and then in the show Jake in Progress, which debuted in 2005. However both shows ran for only a few episodes, and then were cancelled afterwards due to low ratings. In 2003, Stamos played Zach, a friend that Chandler brings home to use as a sperm donor, in the episode The One with the Donor in the popular American sitcom Friends.

In 2006 he joined the cast of ER as paramedic-turned-intern Tony Gates. The producers originally wanted him earlier, but his appearance was postponed when ABC renewed Jake in Progress.

Stamos has recently starred as the lead character, Shel, a gay wedding planner, in the A&E television romantic comedy movie, Wedding Wars, and in addition to making a voice-over cameo (as himself) in the MTV animated series Clone High in the episode, 'Changes: The Big Prom: The Sex Romp: The Season Finale'. He made a guest star appearance as a security guard in the animated series KABLAM. He also made voice cameo in the Bob Saget written and directed parody film Farce of the Penguins.

In 2006, Stamos agreed to play the role of John Hanlon, a very plain, very lovable-loser character based on the short story "When It Rains, It Pours," written by critically acclaimed author Jordan Mueller. The major motion picture, which is set to release in the Fall of 2008, will share the same title.

In 2007, Stamos arrived in Australia for a promotional tour. He appeared on a sketch on The Nation and an interview on Mornings with Kerri-Anne during which his behavior was erratic. A spokesperson for the network initially told reporters that it was due to jet-lag, however Stamos later states that it was in fact due to Ambien, a prescription sleeping medication.^[1] Video link

Stamos also has an active music career, having occasionally toured as a drummer with The Beach Boys, and having appeared on Broadway as the Master of Ceremonies in Cabaret, and also in Nine and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying.

Marriage

Stamos married Rebecca Romijn on September 19, 1998; they were officially divorced on March 1, 2005.
